Orders

When do I need to order by?

Our cutoff time for same day delivery is 12 noon. If you are cutting it fine and are needing flowers delivered that are some distance away from us we always recommend calling first to avoid disappointment. All orders placed after 12 noon will automatically be delivered the next available delivery day unless specified.

Will my order look like the picture?

The images provided are of our original work but are for inspiration purposes only. Due to seasonal availability it is impossible to have access to the same flower all year round. If you would like something quite specific please call our store direct to discuss seasonal pricing and availablility.

Can I pre-order?

You sure can! Simply enter the desired delivery date at the time of ordering. Remember to check it doesn’t fall on a Sunday or public holiday.

Can i Cancel an order?

If you need to cancel an order, please contact Floret Boutique immediately. Once we have accepted an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion.

How long will my flowers last?

Great question! And one that unfortunately has no specific answer. If you want your flowers to last a specific length of time, its best to call us direct so we can suggest the best flowers to suit your requirements.

My order says “Click & Collect”?

We get asked this a lot! After entering your delivery details, you must also select your desired delivery suburb in the check-box to confirm the delivery fee. Some clients find it convenient to order online and collect the order themselves instore (a bit like when you buy groceries for example), which saves a delivery fee. To make use of this service, simply select ‘Click&Collect’ in the delivery section during checkout.

I have an issue with my order?

We want you to be 100% happy with your order. If you have any problems or in the instance, you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 24-48hrs so we can do our best to correct this for you.

What time will my order be delivered?

We are lucky to have an amazing team of couriers that specialize in “Flower Delivery”. Our strong relationship allows us to be the only Florist to offer 2 delivery Runs DAiLY (Morning & Afternoon). This means we have any early delivery run which has flowers delivered by lunchtime, and then an afternoon delivery run that ensures delivery to businesses by C.O.B (5 pm) and residential prior to 5.30 pm.

I want my order delivered at a specific time?

We’re good but we aren’t magicians! As much as we would love to fulfill each client’s specific requests for timed deliveries, unfortunately, sometimes it is physically impossible, but we will still try. If you do have a special timed request, simply call us to discuss and we will try our best to arrange this for you.

Delivery

How far do you deliver?

We cover the whole Perth Metro area, sometimes further with some notice. If your desired suburb is not on our drop down list at the checkout, simply give us a call and we will check with our courier to see if it is possible. To avoid disappointment, please do not order for a suburb in Perth that isn’t listed without checking with us first.

What days do you deliver?

We deliver Monday – Friday (except public holidays) and Mothers Day and Valentines Day. We do not deliver on weekends, but orders can still be placed over the weekend for Monday delivery.

Do you offer Same-Day delivery?

Yes, Same-day delivery orders must be placed before 12 noon each day.

Do you deliver on Weekends?

Yes, but Saturday deliveries must be pre-ordered, and confirmed by us at least 24 hrs prior as we do not trade over the weekend.

What information do you need when I place my order?

As much info as possible! We want the recipient to get the flowers on the intended day so the more info you can provide us the more chance we have of being able to do this. The correct address, phone number, unit number, business name and level are all essential when ordering.

Ooops I gave you the wrong address. What now?

No problem! Simply provide us with the correct address and we can arrange for our couriers to re-deliver them for a redelivery fee. Unfortunately, our delivery drivers have other deliveries and operate on a tight schedule which may result in it being the following day. A redelivery cost will be charged according to where the new address is.

What happens if the recipient isn’t home?

Before you order, please consider whether your recipient will be available to collect the delivery within a reasonable timeframe. If no-one is home your order will be left in a discreet position preferably out of direct sunlight if that is an option. Please note, we do not take any responsibility for the loss or condition of perishables if they are left outside.

Locked and gated addresses?

If the address has an electronic bell or buzzer but the recipient does not answer, our couriers will give them a courtesy call if a contact number is provided to us. If no contact number is provided at the time of ordering or if the recipient doesn’t answer the phone and it is not safe for the flowers to be left anywhere, our couriers need to press on to finish the rest of their deliveries so your item will be returned to our store at a later time. A redelivery fee will be charged if a second delivery is attempted.

Peak Trading Periods

What happens on Valentines Day & Mothers Day?

During Peak Period Times (Valentines Day and Mothers Day), when the whole of Perth wants flowers on the same day….and let’s be honest, you would prefer yours to be delivered first…..its physically impossible to meet everyones specific time requests during this hectic period. Fortunately, our extra courier runs allow us to get flowers delivered quicker than other florists, and while we cant guarantee the exact time, we will ensure your flowers are delivered the day that you requested, and at the latest before close of general business hours.

Why is there a surcharge?

The additional surcharge on Mothers Day is to cover extra courier fees required for this peak time along with staff wages.  This will be automatically calculated at checkout. An alternative is to simply select ‘click&collect’ at the checkout and pick up the flowers from our Perth City store.

Do i pay upfront?

Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received and Floret Boutique is satisfied with the integrity of the order. Floret Boutique is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order or product.
